Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit or a gift certificate for the value of the returned item.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser before being given to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
For high-value items, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
